Hi guys does anyone know if Easycert are still trading? I cant get through on the phone and an email i sent has not been replied to in nearly 2 weeks.

I too am trying to contact them, im very frustrated as ive been a loyal customer with paying for updates yearly etc and now have an issue and no one is answering!! I will try again today, and will come back and update you, as its now urgent for me!

Brian did get back to me but cant sort the issue as the data is stored on a damaged tablet not on their servers

They are still trading. However, i have always had issues with getting a response when things go +i+s up unfortunately and when i do get a response they are as helpful as an ashtray on a motorbike.

Just got to bite your lip and persevere.
