Best gloves I ever had were from amazon's commercial range. Level 5 cut resistant, steel woven with either nitrile or PU dip.
Lasted months and were tougher than old boots, but provided unbelievable dexterity. As with all good things, they're no longer available and I'm trying to make remaining supply last as long as possible.
