Discuss Extraction for 2 bathrooms and 2 en-suites in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

Some advice would be gratefully received. Domestic house being refurbed into an HMO, where each room is rented out individually. 2 bathroom and 2 ensuites require extraction. All extraction has to go into the ceiling into the loft and out through the roof. I'm trying to find a solution where each room turns the extraction fan on via the ceiling light and there is only one hole through the roof. Manrose suggested a MANI2000, but this looks like circa ÂŁ400 inc vat. Has anyone got ad cheaper suggestions?

Manrose is generally a most cost effective range of products than other manufacturers.

ÂŁ400 isn't really that expensive is it? To get 4 separate fans and fit them with backdraft shutters to combine them into a single vent and all the necessary duct fittings will probably work out around the same price
