As part of a recent trip visiting some of the WW1 battlefields and memorials in Europe, we called in on a massive fortification called Fort Hackenberg in France. I thought some of you might be interested to see some old electrical installation work, the pictures are from within the plant rooms of the fort. Originally built as one of the major forts in the Maginot Line to defend France from Germany's advances in WW2, it is one hell of a visitor attraction which runs for miles under the mountains nearby - well worth a visit if this takes anyone's fancy.
