Hope you can disconnect that flex at the towel rail or a couple of screw holes will be the least of their worries.
 
I don't think it's Dimplex as that type made by them had diagonally placed fixing holes on the wall part of the brackets, it could be Creda though ?
 
Not wanting to be an arse...but if they aren't redoing the entire bathroom, and are obviously happy with design of current towel rail, why does it need changing?
Just curious more than anything. If the element has gone, is it not possible to just change that?

They aren't redecorating the bathroom. They asked for a replacement towel rail, and I can't be sure of getting the right sized element that will fit it, so I wil go with a like for like replacement if possible.
