I have just installed the 12v network with the heatmiser uh1 manifolds and all is fine, the switch line which goes back to the plant room to my heating controls wiring centre is all working fine, pumps are coming on, valves are working and boiler is firing. That's all good but however initially the underfloor heating was the only thing the client wanted on the 12v network. But now, the client also wants to control the hw, towel rails and hot water circulation pump which was all going to be on normal 230v time clocks (Honeywell) on the heatmiser setup.. Now here's my problem luckily I got a shielded cat5 back to the plant room which is for the touchpad. Which I've now had to link out the back of it the network cores and + and - to pick up the 3 heatmiser time clocks for the towel rails, hot water and circulation pump. I have put in 3 relays so I can use the 12v signal from the heatmiser time clocks to switch the 230v feeds for the circulation pump hw and towel rails. But the problem is, only one of the relays are working.. I have linked out the a2's in the bottom of the relay for the coils on the - and put the requird + onto each of the relays a1 (not linked as they are 3 seperate calling signals) the relay which is first on the negative links is the only one that works.. I hope I have explained myself clearly if not let me know and I'll try and explain a bit better..

thanks

check to see if you get the 12V on A1-A2 of relays 2 and 3 when called for. could be a volt drop issue so 2 and 2 are not getting sufficient power to pull in.
