Advice if you please - We have 8kw of solar feeding into a Powerwall 2/Gateway with a 3 phase system. I wish to divert some of the surplus power produced to the emersion on our FTC5 Ecodan unit. I am attempting to install an Apollo Gem Diverter but cannot get accurate readings which makes me wonder if I have it right.

I have managed to access the tails coming in to the gateway by cutting a hole in the internal wall so that I can connect the CT. I thought that the Powerwall was only connected to one phase (L1) but now not so sure. Each of the tails showed an export figure but not as much as expected. Tesla app. said export to grid was currently 6kW but the highest reading I was showing on the Apollo was around 1.6kW. Across the 3 phases it was still less than 3kW in total.

Before phoning Apollo I thought it best to ensure that I am on the right lines for this install. Is that so?

Also. I speak in ignorance but .............It is a tight fit for a clamp meter in that hole but it looked like we were pulling around 7A each phase. Nothing drawing power (other than fridge/freezer etc). Was I getting an export reading?

Any help would be much appreciated.
