Is 2.07 a satisfactory readinf for light lights r1+r2 and plus got a reading of 1.02 for zs on sockets.

Given your other post about R2 testing and what looks like a bit of a untidy CU install and this about r1+r2 and Zs values I will be blunt and say i have concerns over your competence... Have you not got the OSG or Big Yellow Book? the values for respective circuits and MCB are in there... Every assessment Have ever been at or on by the schemes have involved questions about test results such as Zs values and RCD times, if you dont know the answer then you need to know where to find it. so maybe time to do some reading before your assessment this saturday. One the things that took me ages to get my head around in this trade was the need to be able to problem solve and process test results to understand them, measuring is one thing. interpretation is the true skill.

I have done my reading and know that the max zs for 32 amp breaker is around 1.2 and continuity for lights is around 1.9 but wanted some advise on whether it would be acceptable.

Well ... you know the Ze, you have measured the R1 + R2 so you should then be able to compare the Zs

In the case of the ring obviously you will have the r1 + r2 !
 
The ze is 0.39 and r1 +r2 is 0.37 for the ring

When testing a RFC r1, r2 and rn are the end to end resistance measurements of the RFC conductors, R1+R2 are the resistance readings measured when carrying out the figure of 8 test, imo if you can't get the correct designations right your Assessor will give you plenty of grief.
 
Well despite your refusal to use the correct terms, and the confusion it engenders, personally I would not find your figures in OP acceptable.
 
I'm sat here on site for the next few hours waiting for the load bank to kill a few batteries and I thought it was going to be a boring day.

OP, as you are going for your scheme assessment I assume you have some method of doing your monthly self calibration for your test equipment? I would be using that to double check my meter, then I would be checking the terminations along the circuit to ensure all is good.

Also how do the measurements you get compare with your circuit design?
 
Having seen your other post I am assuming this is the same installation, with that bonding clamp around the lead sheath it is probably loose and giving high Ze.
