so if its a 5pin camando socket, just each phase too neutral .. i couldnt see on it where any info is plated .. and its a pretty big machine which is aleays operational when i get there

where this post comes from , he says has same machine across the street in another cafe

If you do clamp it up check the Amp draw from cold start up (worst case) - elements normally pull more Amps while warming the water then drop off when top up heating - just my 2 pence worth.
