Not as such but what's the matter with it fella?maybe able to help with general control fault finding.is there a diagram for it,make model etc?

Well it's a Chinese tub, everytime the daily cycle finishes it brings on all the jets etc and heater and leaves it on!, it's got a controller seperate to the main pcb and I have replaced that I think it's called a jnj 326 spa

Did the problem occur before you replaced the controller or after, what prompted you to change the controller

Have you checked the thermostat / is the tub at the set temperature when the problem occurs

I'm wondering if this is part of a sanitising cycle

Had a look at the J&J site but they have no support section and very little info to work with

Yeah all the temperature is at the correct set temp, the cycle brings on the jets etc for a few seconds on the cycle but it switches off then back on through out the cycle, then just as the cycle finishes it turns all the jets on and they will stay on untill i switch it off! I changed the keypad thinking the info for the cycle was stored on that, but it made no difference. Big problem for me as it all ****es over the side and over heats the system if left for hours like this!

Not familiar with your particular tub or what the control equipment is but the main PCB is usually where the programming is stored the keypad is just the operating terminal.

If the tub overheats I'm surprised that the over temp trips on the heater have not shut the heater down assuming it does have them, these normally require manual reset once tripped

I think you possibly have a fault / short on the main PCB or a temperature sensor problem
