Just looked at the model. It is obsolete by the looks of it. I see it actually does a PSC test, which means it will measure the Zs and calculate the PFC for you. I would use the loop test and calculate personally. Is your model actually calibrated?
 
Yes it is calibrated
And it may be 20 year's old but it still complyant as the regs clearly states ANY test instrument that can perform the tests will be complyant with BS 7671 it does NOT mention any brand names or age of the instrument, also many many electritions still use them, and faver them over the over priced big brand names
