The Apple stores make me cringe, they are so Americanised, morning sir, have a nice day sir.

Full of 20 somethings with excessively white teeth, slicked back hair, trousers that are too short with loafers and no socks.
I want to just run around the store head butting each and everyone of them.
My sister on the other hand loves the place, but she's always been a pillock :p She also enjoys paying to download a ringtone or song from Apple while I can put what I want on my Samsung free of charge.

wish youse guys would make your minds up. our team don't know what to nick.

lol. I’m not here to change opinion, I have no violent tendencies toward Android or any others smartphone users. I don’t consider anyone lame or dumb for their choice of technology, each to his/her own. It only troubles me that the reverse isn’t true. In my lifetime Apple was once the underdog and IBM the ‘Orson Wells machine’, soon replaced by Microsoft when they shafted IBM’s OS2 with Windows. Now it seems the situation has changed, it’s the way of the world and it’ll change again for sure. Be happy with what you like, I like Apple, maybe you don’t - that’s absolutely fine by me. I only express my view as requested by the OP; the point of my posting I think. Opinions are just that - there is no right or wrong.

My Nokia 3310 doesn’t use iOS or Android.... but that little snake game on a black and green screen is sooo addictive:cool:

Good point! Nokia now there is a company, a market leader that rested on their laurels and didn’t see what was coming. Bought by Microsoft - shame. The rest is history now. Never really liked snake. My favourite was the Sony Erickson razr flip phone, brilliant piece of kit until it fell out my shirt pocket straight into a pint of Harvey’s best. Died very quickly.

I’ve still got every phone I’ve ever had. Nokia’s, Motorola’s, Sony Ericsson’s and iphones... some work, some don’t....

Typical man-drawer, as Michael McIntyre once explained. Duff phones, takeaway menus and keys for a house you don’t live in anymore.
