Is anyone able to help me ID this crabtree double socket chassis? The faceplate is attached using two small hex screws?

Supplied for flush mounting, with break off tabs for surface mounting, like Crabtree grid switch frames?
I've only ever used the screwless flat plate flavour flush so didnt know they were removable, i hate these sockets with a passion, customer once brought a load to match existing on their house, but the walls were lathe and plaster, these take so much force to push the fronts on it was a right bstrd 😅
