It is not possible to scroll down the form in the insurance section so it cannot be completed and submitted for a quote.

Unless I m doing something wrong ?
 
Seems to be ok for me using a mobile.
 
Must be my end, as I can only complete the part of the form in view, there appears to be no means of scrolling the form down to reach the submit button which I presume is out of sight.
