Yesterday I noticed the two back wheels on the van have gone down/almost flat. Got the air compressor out and re-inflated them, lasted all day but this morning they are flat again!!!! One of them is brand new only 4 weeks ago????

Went to the local shop for some cigs and whilst chatting told him about having two slow punchers. He then told me that 2 nights ago a teenager has gone around the local area stabbing 20+ car and van tyres (attacking a mans van in this area is not a good move, last one that got caught still has a limp!).

The local conspiracy theory is that it has to do with the new local tyre repair garage a mile away that we have all had leaflets through our doors for?????? If this is true, there will be hell to pay. :reddevil: :yesnod:

Never touch another mans car or van! Amazing what some people/kids/teenagers will do for a bag of crack :39::sifone:

2 months ago I got the reg plates stolen from my van plus a breakdown plus garage repairs/bills and now this!!!!! £100 for two new tyres.... over the past 3 months it would have been cheaper and more enjoyable to have a mistress!!!!! :ihih: Rant over, needed to get this off my chest. Going to a job now in a taxi with basic hand tools, how embarrassing :frown2:

But rough if it's true mate. And yeah mistresses rock!

I am at home to catch up with some much needed paperwork for an hour. Full cup of tea decided it's handle would snap off and land all over my laptop. Quick evasive action and it seems OK. Had to shut it down holding it upside down with tea dropping from it! Should have just pulled the battery. Anyway, no paperwork done at all. Thank duck for smart phones is all I can say, whilst the laptop hangs around the boiler cupboard until tomorrow!!

Would have to be a good client for me to take a taxi too!

Beverage spillage over the laptop is a common occurrence on this forum, mainly at night lol. Must be very strong tea??

As for the customer,,,, should have been there all day today but! £20 round trip in a taxi (including taxes and baggage allowance) just so I could hook up the bonding to gas and water incomers and give power to the boiler engineers new combi boiler so they can finish today is a small price to pay. Been an expensive day, I may need fish & chips + a couple of beers tonight, sod it why not.

The tea was certainly stronger than the handle that's for sure! Curry and Stella for me tonight! Fridays come early in my mind, so sod it indeed haha!

Sod it indeed.... Just remembered I have left over beef stew and dumplings from last night in the fridge! Bonus! Not a bad day after all.

Wished I lived next to a big metropolis, so I could visit an Elex Show. Last one I went to at Sandown Park, I got stuck on the M25 for a hour. By the way teletrix, did you visit Harrogate 2015 and shout abuse from the back at 24m.30s; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nJvLT7uwO58

You could invest in some run flat tyres. That way, if the little imp tries again, the knife will bounce off and hopefully catch him on a major artery.
