I was wondering what everybody uses for lubricating cables when drawing through conduit. I have been doing a lot of hard pulling of late and am worried I may develop
a nasty friction problem.

Should I purchase?

A) bespoke cable lube ?
B) a bottle of baby talc ?
C) a can of WD40 ?
D) a can of silicone spray ?
E) a tube of KY ?
F) a can of 3 in 1
G) chocolate body paint ?
H) jar of Vaseline ?

All suggestions will be treated in confidence, and no pictures thanks.
