I'd be recommending 16mm or 25mm (can't be arsed to do the calcs), a nice metal board so you can terminate the SWA nicely and lights and a socket or 2.

The quote needs to clearly state the maximum load.

Its called future proofing!
 
If they have that much money get the dno to quote for its own supply then that way they can.have what they want down there. Had the same sort of problem few years ago with a stable started of with just one light and one socket ended up the stable became stables snd a summer house office so lot more required than original quote.Run about same as yours.

In my opinion that is what will happen here, seen it all before. The customer will more than likely want to utilize it once the wedding is just a memory.

Of course that would put money in the DNO's pocket and not the OP's.
