Having a debate on site as to disconection times on a TN system, does the 18 addition say 0.4 up to 32amp and 5 after and 5 for distribution circuits?
 
411.3.2.2 Maximum disconnection times stated in Table 41.1 shall be applied to final circuits with a rated
current not exceeding:
(i) 63 A with one or more socket-outlets, and
(ii) 32 A supplying only fixed connected current-using equipment.

0.4 seconds for circuits that applies to and 5 seconds for everything else.
