EICR on an empty property this morning, potential buyer has instructed, few bad points but overall not to bad, and then this.....16a wylex plug in mcb-2.5 t&e- 32a 10ma Crabtree rccb then runs 8 metres in conduit (broken in places) then goes underground for another 20 metres to feed a db in a metal framed garage with concrete floor with no bonding.....oh and there’s no continuity on the cpc ?

That "conduit" looks like PVC Water pipe to me!
 
Couldn’t do it I didn’t have my long lead with me...customer told me yesterday 4 circuits and no out door power!
