Discuss Metal shielding and neutral , Monophase in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

It's exceptionally dangerous and you should not do it, regardless of whether or not it may reduce radio frequency interference. I have no idea about the electrical supply system in Turkey, but here in the UK it is entirely possible that under certain fault conditions the neutral is raised to line potential which would obviously present an electrocution risk to anyone who came into contact with it.
