Hi guys, looking for advice as not done this before. I'm looking at wiring multiple devices ( sky/ VM box, PlayStation, dvd player) in a cupboard and want them on 3 tvs ( bedroom, lounge and dinning room) would a 4 in one out hdmi splitter work with a hdmi over cat 6 extenders with ir remote controls work together? Or is there an alternative? Thanks for any help in advance.

I have used these a couple of times and they have been fine.
However, only used to "divert" TV signal, so the original TV is loop in/out and the other TVs are connected via CAT6 to the remote location and converted back to HDMI using the supplied kit. TV remotes work fine via the supplied sensors. Worth noting is that normally the 5V DC inputs on the remote convertors do not actually need power there, it comes via the CAT6 cable, powered by the main supply to the main unit.
I presume that you will need an HDMI splitter if more than TV to be diverted, but whatever souce you select at main TV will appear at the remote ones. It may be that the remote for your source splitter will work at a distance, but that will be independent of this device. Basically, this device will allow you to "add" 2 extra TVs, wired with CAT6.
