As always on a Sunday no work for the week ahead so up Monday morning did a bit of housework (yes I dont need training) then phone goes Ehh can you give me a quote for a new DB smelling a rat I said whats up well Scottish Gas came in and said you dont have a earth Did he check other sockets (been there before 3 times) anyway its just a quote I am not paying for the visit fine. Turned up and found the SG had returned pulled out my 1553 and the guy waves one of these Socket and See led jobs Zs is greater than 100 ohms no actually its 19 to be exact. left the house got a phone call from a pal who lives 5 mins away great get a cup o t got there can you do a job for me job around the corner fitted 3 1200mm tubes great then had a letting agent job after it funny enough up the road got there and there is a parking space right outside the flat ( this is edinburgh) Ive won a watch I said its been a good day unclipped my seat belt went to open the door a gust of wind blew it out of my hand and a passing car smacked into it so one car towed away will be off the road for a week and a bit.
