ok a little help , i am doing my first eicr and everything ok until i checked main bonding.
water is brought in by plastic pipe so no need to earth.
oil tank is an outside plastic tank with a burried plastic pipe entering building then going into copper into boiler, the boiler has no bonding either.
my first thought was as plastic pipe entering building then no bonding needed but doubting myself?
 
Do an insulation test from the MET to whatever you think maybe introducing a potential, anything over 23k ohms won't require bonding.
