Pyro issues

Evening people anybody got any ideas of how to best terminate this pyro without having to re gland it.
Its feeding the meter to an old 3036 board, that's to be changed . Running a armoured not an option , need to secure to a metal adaptable box but no idea how going to lock it in place without re glanding it any ideas be appreciated.

It needs re terminating, correctly glanding into a suitable enclosure/isolator, with suitable tails to the Henlys or wherever. No question.
Why can't you re terminate it?

The pot has to come off , gland and repot , I would use a coupler and bush as well.
