Registration number

Hi All
Wonder if anyone can help recently passed C & G pat test course i have now downloaded tysoft easy pat software to do certificate's on the cert it says registration number ?
Doe's anyone know who im supposed to register with and will it cost

you would have to register with napit, elecsa or niceic. about £500+ per annum. or just leave it blank. you don't have to be registered for PAT.
