Hi Y'all,

hoping someone in here has some experience with satellite feeds....

As part of a rewire i've been asked to take a satellite feed into 4 different rooms for freesat. My question is do I simply run 4 separate CT100 cables from the quad LNB on the dish into each room or do I have to take them through a multiswitch/amplifier first? or another method altogether?

longest run would be about 20M.

thanks

Check with customer first, if 4 way lnb is installed, then HD record & play boxes cannot be used as they require 2 WF100 cables per box ie 8 way for 4 rooms.....consideration for cat5 & bt cable also needs to be taken into account for pay per view and upgrades.....suggest discussing with customer first.
