From what I remember, the best thing about the Banana Splits were the cartoons.

My reaction was the latter.

I loved this show when it was first broadcast back in the late 60s. The Banana Splits was a childhood TV favourite that was right up there alongside Thunderbirds and Captain Scarlet. I never imagined that the fluffy ones would become deranged serial killers 50 years on. Sad.

As a kid I was completely happy with clowns , just a nose and grease paint.
Anyone in a full face mask or larger ...

At that age I had no interest in the spelling of "Boy bands" ,but my best friend had a Peter Tork haircut. ( Probably 1st time I've ever written the bands name )
