The best ones IMO are just the cheapest thin lightweight flameproof ones, there a bit shiny to start with (literally see your face in them) but once they been washed a couple times they're brilliant and not heavy like some of the canvas ones, and you don't look like a poor imitation of action man

how many pairs do you get through though? ive been wearing the same two pairs for the last year.

wear one then in the wash it goes then wear others

been doing that a year and they look fine

I was down there yesterday afternoon and was asking them about their deals on clothing as i have just set two more guys on and they said if you want some snickers workwear then you should visit their site or call them their contact number. If the item you want isn't available on line then they can make you a deal and post it online so you can buy it and they`ll ship it for next day delivery too!!! they seem a bit thicker etc than my duratwill.

In the past I have used various places, century workwear in Eastbourne active workwear Leeds snickers direct and even arco, think i due a new pair shortly, seen a few contractors about of late with what look like snickers but have fine reflective strips on the back of the legs, looked smart but don't know what make or brand

I think you are referring to TMG, it's a new brand, bought a pair recently from their Whitstable/Chestfield shop. The trousers have silver reflective piping, quality is very good value for money £24.95 the pair, as far as i know they have online shop as well

Thanks I have just looked them up but they not the ones, they were very much like snickers with the holster pockets and leg pockets etc and all navy not the black patches on knees and the piping was just on the back of the leg, maybe they are snickers but a different model to the standard ones I usually order online

It's not a problem its not an essential thing not desperate, the trousers company supply are rubbish so alot of us choose to wear own but company prefers us to wear navy I got frowned upon walking into the office in grey/black snickers

I use PRO JOB and have done for the past 6 year.There Pro generation trouser is thie eqivelent to the Snicker top of the range but far better esp for sparks.

I buy 2 pair every 2 year.

I do put their better kneepads in but I also gaffer tape a cheaper set to them as my knees are gooshed, works well and the extra bulk is fine to manage.

Take a look, you won't be disappointed.
