Solarplicity becomes 13th energy supplier to collapse since 2018

Thousands of homes left without an energy provider after firm goes bust

This is the 13th energy firm to have gone bust since 2018!

They had a very strange business model. My aunt got conned by them. And I'm pretty sure they were using government grants somehow too.

Not sure if this has been chatted about already.

It's very strange how they can dish out so many cheap contracts and then disappear, surely someone would need to look into it by now

Their is potenually good money to be made by electricians being called in to fix up sub standard instals, cause many fail long before they should.
