I went to look at what supply we had to work with , for a new grain store that one of the local agricultural dealerships , who we work with is quoting for .
Can you spot the mistake !?

well the pictures are pretty poor and what can be seen generally looks a mess.
from what i can see the isolator isnt on the consumer side
 
It could do with a bit of a clean up but I have seen worse by a long way , and yes the rcd is before the meter .
It is in a old Hosier prefab milking parlour , which is pretty much just a big tin shed .
 
I like it how the meter boys have been in and fitted a new meter and what looks like a new fuse and carrier , and sealed all of their gear back up , but just walked off and left the old rcd in line without a second thought !
 
Is the isolator before the meter an actual rag? I thought it was just a DNO specification to stop 'tap offs' before the meter.

I would say that you are correct , but then again being on the company side of the supply it is out of bounds for us anyway .
I wonder if , even resetting it after a trip could constitute tampering !?:willy_nilly:
