Hi

I'm trying to figure out how to swap my standard myson thermostats for WiFi enabled ones - going to start with the simple one first - the one that doesn't control the hot water as well as heating - I've already got the touch 2 bridge installed and waiting for thermostats.

So I have two thermostats the one I'm starting with controls the upstairs temp - simple question with the two attached pictures how do I wire the one that has no wiring the same as the one you can see the wires in already!

You would have to read the manual to find the wiring diagram as it is not comoektely clear from the terminal labels.

Based on some assumptions from the labelling I'd say:

L and N are most likely the live supply.
RT1 and RT2 usually denotes a remote thermostat or temperature sensor.
A1 and A2 are conventionally used to identify the coil of a relay or contactor but as that wouldn't make sense in this case they are likely to be the volt free output, either as a simple N/O switch or an SPDT switch with - as the common.

Edit:
The - could also be a common connection for 2x remote sensors connecting to the RT1 and RT2 terminals.

Basically you need the wiring diagram for the new stat, or at least post a picture of it here for someone to explain it for you.

Wiring diagram is below

I think what I should be doing is N to N, L to L

Then loop wire that's currently going from L to C goes L to A1

Lastly NO goes to A2

Hi, did you manage to swap them out? What are your thoughts? Glad you did it? Any issues?
