I pay for my parking from 11:02-12:18 they give me a ticket at 11:57:1202 giving the reason that my pay and display ticket had ran out of time. Surly a traffic warden should be able to work this out it is the main part of there job.

to be fair, for once,i met a good warden, true story..was parking up in city centre about to pay and over he came, give me a tel number for parking control,as a contractor we were allowed to park anywhere in city for free( single yellows) if we rang this number and gave details of job/van etc,it just wasnt given out to the contractors for some reason, sadly it got scrapped as people were taking the p out of it(non contractors) got over a year free parking right outside of jobs from that scheme

You can do that in Leicester, ring the number on the ticket machine, has to be a van with signwriting on it tho', no cars, no hire vans.

Coventry.. there's an email address that I no longer have, gets you an all week pass for yellows.

Forget Notingham, 1 year pass, only, nice charge as well.

wish there was more mate, this was council run rather thatn private ripoffs,at least they seem to value that tradesmen need to park outside the job to do the job..no good being in a multistory 20 mins walk from a job
when you need all your gear outside..
