I've just aquired a Transmille 6080 to add to my growing collection of PA Testers (currently standing at 10 different types plus a couple of duplicates - don't ask!) and apart from finding it to be a total heap of sh*te I can't work out how to download the data from it. Anyone out there got one of these excelent (sarcasm!) PA Testers and managed to do a data download? The manual is about as useful as a chocolate fire guard.

BTW, if anyone is interested my own preference would be the Seaward Supernova (Plus or Elite) or the Kewtech KT77 (based on a Supernova). By far the easiest and most configurable units out of all those I've tested.

Nope. No CD. Can't find any demo downloads on the web site. I have emailed them and waiting for a reply.

Anyone got the CD??

got some Pink Floyd CDs, any help?

No thanks. Got nearly all of them myself and seen them twice and Roger Waters once. And just to show a bit of variation in my music I've got quite a few Slipknot CDs too :-)

I've had a reply from Transmille. The software to download from the tester has been discontinued. Unfortunately it's not a simple case of hitting download on the tester and reading it in with something like hyperterminal. The 6080 actually needs the PC to talk to it. As I don't know what it's supposed to say then I'm screwed. Good job I don't like the tester :)

So, if anyone has a copy of the CD????
