PROBLEM ! TT SYSTEM
TESTING FOR Ze ,INCOMER SWITCHED OFF EARTH DISCONNECTED FROM CU ,USING EARTH LOOP IMP TESTER .for earth electrode being a spike .Ub>UL reading
phase neutral + earth 246v
phase to earth 268v
N to earth 52 v sometimes higher than that
im in frame of mind that the meter will not work as out of range with N-earth above 50v but need a solution .as i cant evaluate max Zs for mcb's rccd .
Rccd will not test either to make matters worse .
additional earth spike put in but to no avail .
got same reading at origin meter 50mtr away .
any suggestions as i have never had this problem in 28yrs so never knew where to look and any further work at this installation is on standby till satisfied with this problem .
I can't speak to the elcectricity provider as i dont speak Spanish but the principals are the same as i have a TT system in my home and tests OK and in its limits .
any advice would be helpful
i question my competence ,am i losing it ? any old spark out there with some knowledge .
