Hello, I am looking for a little help for a solution for a client who wants to close and open security roller shutters remotely.
The brief is: serviced office with 6 electric roller window shutters fitted, they need to close window shutters after the building is empty and open in the morning.
At present, someone has to attend the building each night and morning to open/close the shutters which are wired in series and are controlled by a make and brake switch in the reception.
I was thinking that the windows could be viewed by eternal CCTV cameras with phone APP to ensure these are closed before lowering to avoid damage to the windows. Then I was thinking about a GSM remote switch.
The issue is that the roller shutter limits are not level so these do not close all at the same rate, some close earlier than others. How do I achieve the power cycle without it been a constant feed on the remote switch?
Does anybody have any ideas or experience of this? Simple problem for someone, I have gone mind blank! Any advice or recommendations of KIT to use?
