There are some very scary things lurking in cupboards, but that must be one of the worst i have seen in 50 years of work.

Holy ****. just managed to get the picture working. Didn't think it would be as bad as that though. I'd love to have been there just after he'd finished just to see the look on his face when I ask "are you happy with that?"

a few more pics might help i hope this is in a cupboard so that it cant be touched by the tenant
at the least the bare conductors need to be made safe temporarily

whats a cupboard got to do with owt?.....
i hope your not seriously entertaining the notion that a `cupboard`....with a door (probably on a magnetic hook) constitutes barriers and enclosures are you....
fella i did a bit of work for once came across something a bit similar to this....but because it was under the kitchen top.....he just left it.....that was bare cable bridging the meter....

I've never come across anything quite like that picture. How could anyone capable of screwing a new earth block to the wall and connecting it up possibly ignore the lethal mess just above it.
