Hi guys. Bought a Bosch 18v SDS in Feb 21. I haven’t abused it at all, it’s in mint condition still really. Still have battery, box and charger but unfortunately the chuck has given up on me today and won’t lock in a drill bit. I purchased it from screwfix, anyone had any experiences similar and been able to change it through screwfix? Or would I have to go through Bosch now? Ideally going to need a working SDS for tomorrow so was hoping (fingers crossed) I can bypass screwfix tomorrow and have a nice easy swap?

Let me know folks,
Cheers

Places like Screwfix are generally great with this sort of thing - bring it back, with the receipt, and (stock permitting) they'll replace it, provided it hasn't obviously been abused.

if you have all receipt and the drill is still in clean condition, I am pretty sure screwfix will swap it for a new one
