I just got back from a Sunday mooch with Jack and am currently having a coffee outside with my pooch, listening to the Dickie birds
Will be going in doors soon to watch Air jaws, with Chris fallows. I love anything, Shark related, especially Great whites.
What about you lot.

Been fixing a chilled water pressurisation unit and trying to find where the leak is on the system. Pressurisation unit is sorted and hopefully the leak also (unless there’s more than one. ). Just have to hang around now until tomorrow to check if the pumps have run (hopefully they won’t have).

Steve your Sunday sounds awfully like a work day.

It is mate. Every day is a work day in my world until next Thursday when I go home for a long weekend.

Got a caravan to empty, clean inside and out. Take out the old awning 'cos we got a new fancy inflatable one and take it to its storage place.

Also on the subject... The 12v leisure battery doesn't hold its charge. Reads 10v when unplugged from mains. Got to plug it in and wait 20 minutes before any of the 12v system will work. (lights, water pump etc)
New battery time, or is this something that can be fixed? (not experienced with battery maintenance)

Check out the forums, on & off, listen to the cricket, do some clearing up in front yard and drink tea and beer.

Also did some pooch mooching, caught up on some paperwork and ate bacon rolls in the morning. Went for a short ride on the Transalp and replaced the seized compressor on my kitchen fridge in the afternoon.

we don't have crickets in our back yard

Fixed petrol lawnmower or worked out what part needs replacing but for now it fires up as I bypassed the dead mans handle.
I had to bypass a primer to get my hedge cutters going. Takes a while to start now but it does. If it cuts out then it's one pull and it's going again. Not sure how I'd get a primer for it now BnQ don't even stock the make.

Thought of just getting a standard primer from somewhere and changing the thickness of the tubing to and from it.

But thinking back - it always took ages to start the first time. So maybe it wouldn't solve anything.

Those type of machines do not like to stand a long time with petrol in the carb as it oxidises, it pays to run them out .
Old SU carbs were notorious for this.

Nice bikes them.
5 words.

5 words...?

I like the Transalp, it's not the fastest but it's the one bike I own that I know will always start, not break down and I never have to do anything to it. All my other bikes are moody and high-maintenace.
