What are you doing/done today ? not a direct poll but I thought that it would be interesting to see a snapshot of a day in the life of a E.F. member did it go to plan what problems did you overcome.

Tomorrow, I'll be taking the Kawasaki up the coast. Drive all the way to Whitby for a bag of chips.
It's the c6f ninja
I normally just get a cone...Which model?
I normally just get a cone...
Spent most of yesterday in the sun sorting my rear brakes. Drum decided to go on my far side. Luckily on a side street because it was an instant stop but one of the busiest junctions in keighley on a Friday evening
"Need any help"
"Got a pair of shoes for a 57 plate fiesta? "
11-5ish don't think I did a bad job
Car stops again so that's a good sign
£60 for a low loader from a passerbys family member, £100 for parts and an afternoons work.
Jobs a gud un.
It was making a weird noise at the back whilst driving. Like something was flapping or caught in the wheel(turned out to be my (non existent) pads for my drum). Day after it catastrophically failed; wheel off gave it a spin, metal scraping... shoes completely fell apart.Nice one dood.

I thought the drum was self contained and lasted yeeeaars. I was wrong. Lesson learnt
How was your weekend specialist? Lol
I think that deserves one PeteShopping, unpacking the shopping, putting the shopping away, lunch and a nice bottle of vino
if you like the SA, try these. your local spar or bargain booze should have. And for the record, the Brains SA was indeed a nice tipple, just a shame I only had one bottle
My tipple as far as Beer was concerned when I was a Lad:Tried the old speckled hen a while back, not a fan of that one.
What about Newcastle Brown ? Lovely chilled & much better straight from the bottle, glasses are for wimps
Glad you liked it SC, they do a Dark mild as well. Not bad chilled, especially after a day on the tools.
Not that I'd know anything about popping in for a pint on the way home from work of course, but my grandad told of things like that happening in years gone by.
Think Tel & Pete might know more about it
My tipple as far as Beer was concerned when I was a Lad:
Brown Top or Brown split 1/2 pint Bitter topped up with a Brown Ale
Guinness Top, Guinness and Bitter
If you like a sweet shandy, Guinness and Lemonade
Things change All fancy beer now sad days imo
I like a nice cold Guiness shandy in the warm weather.
Are you completely bonkers, next you'll be adding blackcurrant cordial to the black stuff
Got a lighting fault find job on this morning. Relatively new build and I'll be up in the loft working out why lights don't work. Predicting a morning of rectifying rubbish junctions
