I have teenagers breaking into my house. I live at the edge of town and they have gotten in twice I am looking for a door sensor Normally open so when the open the door it will turn on a siren. I would like for it to stay on for about 5 minutes. The problem now is they quickly open the door and jump inside close the door. Get everyting they want and do the reverse. Quicky open, exit, and close. The alarm stops when the close the door. A light motion works great with delayed on but I get false alerts because of sun shadows. Would like NO magnet cylinder switch, a relay to handle from the low voltage to 110 volts from the magnet switch and a timer which starts when the door is opened and stays on for 5 minutes. Perhaps something already exist. Don't like the rectanglar magnetic ones and most of the cylinder ones are NC.
