Hi Folks,

My first ever post be gentle ;-)

Just a few Questions any advice would be appreciated;
I have been in the industry for 19 years, worked with the same NIC company and my Qualifications are;
C&G 236 part 1 & 2
C&G 2391
17th edition wiring regs.

Whatever work I have done/tested, signed by myself and then signed off by the company reviewers, where do i stand for work which I do privately? the installation and the testing side of it are no different, just the paper work side of it is, can I produce my own test certs? do most people/clients require Nic certs? do I need to be part p registered? Finally I guess insurance?

You'd think I should know all this, but being at one company for so long my heads been in the sand.
