This for an apprentice
32 amp mcb /63amp RCD
1) no power to the sockets
2) installation resistance all good.
3) contunuty good.
4) no loses conections.
5) mcb not tripped
6)rcd not tripped.
7) all mains on.
What is it.

Isolator has been turned off.
 
Dunt totally surprise me tbh, Quality of some of the equipment we buy theses days is utter garbage. Coulda found that in 5 mins tho ,if in any doubt you just dab on the source with yr testers to prove it's good and work outwards from source 👍.
 
Some MCCB's can catch out the unwary when they do that whole thing where the outside lever only moves a fraction and then you have to manually fully open and reclose.
