What test equipment?

I have a Fluke 1651B tester. It was quite reasonably priced and seems to do the Job. However, I was after some advice on this product, for instance is it suitable for testing in a domestic property? Secondly, I want to eventually complete the C&G combined testing and inspection course. Would this tester be suitable. And lastly could you tell me what testers you guys are using and have I wasted my cash???

Looks to tick the boxes for domestic. Doesn't do rcd ramp test (don't think requirement but nice feature) and no phase rotation which I believe is now a requirement for working on 3 phase systems

Can I ask what multifunctional tester you use? Or would recommend

Mines a metrel mi3000 but I can't really comment on it since its my first tester and I only got it Wednesday. Seems to do the business but time will tell

Phase rotation is not a requirement. On the paperwork they are asking you to "verify the phase sequence" which can be done whilst the installation is isolated using a continuity tester.
