Been asked by a Friend who’s doing a self build to identify this cut out, he’s not local to me so I can’t visit site to look myself,
Looks like tncs/pme to me by the pics but with no labels how can you know for sure if it’s not a TT? I’ve told him to contact ukpn in the meantime..413C55B4-85F7-43D8-8A5B-9C3A77ED037E.jpeg
 
impossible tosay. PME may be there but only DNO can tell. as it stands there is no earth.
 
is it a dno supply? has the look of a private metered supply from somewhere.

Normally the dno won't install a supply if there is nothing to supply.

I can see no outgoing tails.
