After all that I reckon all the main participants in this thread would be huge fun to go out for a few beers with- not much chance of that for a day or two though.

Just clipper it all off. 10 years ago I had a ponytail, now have have normal hair and 3 days ago I clippered it all off for the first time ever. Not even a grade 1, just the bare clippers themselves, it felt great! Honestly Littlespark just clipper it all off, it's very liberating. Wear a cap for a few days afterwards if it bothers you. If, like me you have very few customers at the moment then we can afford to look a bit unprofessional (or as I like to think 'rock ard') for a few weeks.What a difference a week makes.
Following on from a couple of old photos (#193 and 206), I let my wife loose with the clippers.
