If said pub includes a commercial kitchen- eicr could be way higher.

tell him it’s 200 plus a years worth of drinks and pork scratchings

Last pub I did was £720 over three days and six DBs, that was mates rates as he’d been quoted over £1500 by a couple of other sparks. I’ve got over a weeks remedial out of it, a DB move in another property and a complete pub rewrite out of it.
Never bought me a pint though the cheap skate.
