Just got a car through a friend...! what a load of crap.. leaks oil and water, sure the head gasket is blown.

apparently owned by a lady.. however it looks like some trades person gas/electric owned it.... and it stinks of fish and chips...!!

beware!

I work in Edinburgh and after 09:00 the pensioners come out to play with their 12 plate Japanese car doing 20mph and following buses stopping behind them when they stop because the dont want to overtake as they have all day and I dont so I pity anyone who gets their cars mind it cost me £400 for 3 springs because the local council will not paint the dampening humps and I feel like Dukes of Hazard some times

what you havnt worked that bit out yet..:bucktooth:

I worked that out a long time ago, thats why we are mates on here BUT buying this car (the one he told me) is crazy. I wont give the game away but I will say that not many people in the north will have one of these. And if he kits it out like I know he will, it will be the best car in the NE.

Is it a Moggy Minor?
Ford Anglia 105E?
Cortina mk2?
Mini 1000?
Morris Marina?
Austin Allegro?
erm.................... still thinking.......:bucktooth:

well, all but the first one wasn't around in 1957, so you're way out. i'm guessing at a moggy minor shooting brake with half a rainforest on it.
