Scruffiest / crime ridden place you've ever been?

Finished a solar installation in Middlesbrough was using my inverter off the cigarette lighter to use my laptop to complete paperwork, van battery went flat, tried bumping it which attracted loads of the local youths to start chucking mud at us, then stones and finally beer bottles! I retreated to the van whilst waiting for the aa man. And they continued had the wash the van because there was so much mud on it! Little buggers, so my vote is Middlesbrough

I worked stonebridge estate harlesden. rough as they come. Crack factories, burnt out cars, burnt out flats. Shops you had to point through a perspex screen to what you wanted. never fazed me then when I was young lol. Estate bulldozed now though lol.

I worked their 20 years ago, right dump, is it to the ground now?, best place for it.

Geez, South Africa gets a bad rap in the press but I went to our neighborhood watch meeting the other night and there's been more missing cats than there's been house or car burglaries in the last year. We don't lock our doors, we don't have an alarm and both my kids can play out on the local streets and walk or cycle 15 minutes to school every day.

Hahaha...friend of mine Mrs' dad, who lived in SA, was killed by his own bees!!!
