    I'll check with the local building authorities before I start just to be sure. Think it's okay as long as the steel strengtheners don't get disturbed. Thanks for your opinions anyway

    Hi All I have a domestic two storey house to wire with hollow concrete slabs on the first floor and I was considering drilling all the sockets etc down through the slabs to save the wall tracking. Does anyone know if this is permitted with building regs? Thanks
