    Appliance in a bathroom

    Wondering if it is legitimate to install a tumble drier in a cupboard in a bathroom. Obviously, this will mean a socket being fitted, again inside the cupboard. The cupboard is approx 3m from the bath/shower (other side of the room) Is this allowed? The property is a rental. Thanks. N.

    The History Of Cable.

    My first house had lead sheathed, rubber insulated lighting wiring. The rubber had perished and shorted out when I moved cables around in the loft!
